Hey, Everyone!
I'm so sorry it's been a while since I've posted. The holiday season has been hectic for our family. It's sure been making my hair stand on end!

Last week went to this great Christmas party at Daddy's work and they had a clown and hot dogs and pacorn and bawoons. And I got to see my friend Carolyn and make some new friends. Not shockingly, I wanted whatever she was playing with and somehow her bawoon animal was better than mine. But it was fun!

That week, our cat Dante got sick. We took him to the vet on Monday the 10th because he wasn't feeling well over the weekend. They said his bladder was blocked. So they kept him until Wednesday and got him peeing again but he wasn't eating. We brought him home and he stayed in Mommy and Daddy's room, but he didn't want to eat so Mommy had to feed him with a syringe. By Friday morning, he wasn't feeling any better and he hadn't peed at all again so we took him back to the vet. They said that his bladder had reobstructed and that he wasn't really a candidate for surgery because he hadn't ever recovered from the first catheterization, and that he was suffering a lot. Mommy cried alot, so I gave her lots of hugs and tried to make her laugh. So we brought him home for the afternoon and gave him lots of love and attention. He couldn't move very much but he did manage to crawl under the Christmas tree, which Mommy said was always his favorite place. After Daddy got home, we went back to the vet again and Mommy cried some more. We said bye-bye to Dante and he had to stay with the vet. Our other kitty, Faust, doesn't quite know what to do without his big brother. Plus, I've found new fun in terrorizing him, so I don't think that's helping. Anyway, we all miss Dante and I know it was a long story, but that's my farewell tribute to "That Orange Cat". Bye, Dante. Thanks for letting me pet you without running away!

Saturday was the annual Cookie Party at Uncle Dick and Aunt Marianna's. It was so much fun to see all my cousins! I learned to say lots of new names like Kay and Laure and Aubey (I couldn't quite get the "r" in Aubrey). I tried to say a few other names like Busia and Mady but they never quite came out right. But don't worry... if I haven't learned how to say your name yet, I will! Mommy says I'm really good with names. She's going to make me a photo album with everyone in my family in it so I can practice (it'll have to be a big book, huh?)
Here's a picture of me playing with a really neat LeapFrog alphabet toy Aunt Marianna had. I liked when it said "Ribbit!"

Here I am with some of my cousins. You can't see Drake - he was playing video games - but that's his Gatorade I stole and would drink on the sly behind the chair.

I got to rock in a rocking chair that was just my size! Like my no-min (snowman) sweater?
Then it was Daddy's birthday. Here I am helping him open his gifts. (By the way, my shirt says "My Dad is the Man!")
Let's see... other than that, I've been practicing feeding my baby so I can help Mommy with my baby brother...

And I've been learning how to use food products to style my hair...

And I've been working on potty-training... .

... what? Do you see a problem??
One of my early Christmas presents was a sled, so I got in my snowsuit and went outside where Daddy pulled me around and I sledded down the hill!

Did I mention that I thought it was fun to eat the snow??

I kept rolling off the sled. Getting around isn't easy in this big snowsuit!

After all that excitement in the snow, I got to have my first hot chocolate inside with Mom and Daddy. It tasted so good! I love ah-chokik!
Well, Mommy says that Tinta (that's Santa) is coming soon, but I'm most excited to see all my family this weekend. If I don't get to see you, I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and I'm sure I'll post pics of my second Christmas sometime next week!
Lots of love to you all,
Mollee
